Curcumin from Vitobest® can contribute to providing numerous health benefits.

The improvement of bioavailability significantly helps to increase its effectiveness and benefits, backed by numerous scientific studies in many areas of health.

Joint health.

  • Studies show the effectiveness of curcumin in reducing pain and improving overall joint function3.

Inflammation control.

  • Dozens of studies support the effects of curcumin on blood concentrations of inflammatory proteins (linked to numerous health problems). The studies reflect that curcumin helps control the overall inflammatory response in the body4.

Support for stress and mood.

  • Several studies conclude that the efficacy in mood modulation is due to the increase in levels of neurotransmitters such as serotonin, dopamine and norepinephrine5.
  • Its combined effectiveness has also been demonstrated with the saffron.

Digestive health.

  • Inhibition of intestinal spasm.
  • Increase in gastrin, secretin, bicarbonate and secretion of pancreatic enzymes, facilitating the digestion of fats6.

Liver support.

  • Antioxidant.
  • Decrease in the levels of AST, ALT, and ALP, important markers of liver toxicity7,8.

Lipid control and cardiovascular risk factors.

  • Several studies indicate that curcumin could help prevent the oxidation of cholesterol in the blood, which limits the formation of atheroma plaques on the walls of arteries and protects our blood vessels from damage caused by cholesterol10.
