B-50 Complex, from Vitobest®, is a vitamin complex that contains the eight vitamins that make up the B group (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9 and B12) plus calcium carbonate and inositol, a crucial element for the control of gene expression¹.

Vitamins are fundamental elements for the physical and intellectual development of the individual. Although there are certain foods rich in these types of nutrients, their hydrophilic nature causes many of their properties to be lost during the cooking or washing process (vitamin B1 can lose up to 40%). B-50 Complex is the ideal supplement to compensate for these deficiencies.
