Es una herramienta muy buena para entrenar, si tienes alguna lesión como epicondilitis (codo de tenista) o alguna lesión donde implique carga en los antebrazos estas agarraderas ayudan muchísimo, si no tienes lesión ayudan a prevenir esa lesión ya que no sobrecargas los antebrazos cuando coges cargas grandes, para mí son imprescindibles y voy ha pedir algunas más ya que me las han pedido después de prestar las mías. Recomendado 100x100 este producto. No tengo nada que ver con esta marca ni ellos conmigo y si un día algo no me gusta lo diré y esa es la mejor manera de ayudar al consumidor y de que las marcas se esfuercen.
