DAA (D-Aspartic Acid)

The D-Aspartic Acid (DAA), the main ingredient of DAA, from Vitobest®, is an amino acid that helps to stimulate hormonal production in the pituitary gland, the hypothalamus, and the testes: it is essential in the production of compounds related to libido and tissue growth, with special relevance in the production of testosterone¹. This hormone, increasingly popular among athletes, stimulates protein synthesis by sending signals to the muscle to regenerate and grow.

Testosterone, which is produced mainly in the testes of men and in the adrenal glands of women, is secreted into the blood during resistance exercise, and up to an hour after, ensuring muscle growth².
