With added plant sterols. This product is not intended for people who do not need to control their blood cholesterol level. Patients taking medication to lower their cholesterol should only consume the product under medical supervision. It may not be nutritionally suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under five years of age. It is advised to consume as part of a balanced and varied diet, which includes regular consumption of fruit and vegetables to help maintain carotenoid levels. Consumption above 3 g/day of added plant sterols should be avoided.
