The egg whites, from Vitobest®, are an excellent source of protein, very rich in essential amino acids, low in carbohydrates and extremely low in fat.
For use, it is recommended to take in a shake, adding 100 ml of water to the mixer and sweeten to taste. Then we shake it well and it is ready to drink! We have to take into account that it produces foam, so we recommend letting it rest for a few minutes before drinking.
Another method of use that we recommend is the traditional one in the pan, mixing 100 ml of warm water with 30 g of product, which is approximately equivalent to 10 whites and adding 1 or 2 whole eggs, thus obtaining a juicy omelette to taste.
