GABA

GABA, from Vitobest®, is a supplement made from gamma-aminobutyric acid supplemented with pyridoxine (vitamin B6), which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to maintaining normal psychological function.

Gamma-aminobutyric acid, known by its acronym in English as GABA, is a non-essential amino acid that we can acquire through the decarboxylation of glutamate, by the action of glutamic acid decarboxylase or by ingesting it through the diet.
