How to use GFSaminos?

In sport: It can be used in any of the following variants, or a combination of two of them, considering a maximum of two doses per day.

• Pre-workout: 20 minutes before starting the exercises to improve the functional performance of the body during physical activity.
• Intra-workout: two hours after the pre-workout dose to maintain the desired pace.
• Post-workout: once the training is completed to speed up the body's recovery.

In health: You can ingest up to a maximum of two doses daily, on an empty stomach, one hour before food intake.
