Glutamine+BCAA, from Vitobest®, is made from L-Glutamine and BCAA. The first is the amino acid that contributes to protein synthesis, the transfer of nitrogen between organs and tissues, and the prevention of muscular protein catabolism. The second consists of a combination of branched-chain amino acids (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, and L-Valine, in 2:1:1 ratios) that are involved in protein synthesis, recovery after aerobic exercise, and the reduction or eradication of fatigue.

In addition to enhancing protein synthesis (the main function of both ingredients), their synergy helps to prevent the decrease in plasma glutamine concentration during long-duration intense exercise¹.

Glutamine+BCAA, from Vitobest®, uses only 100% Ajinomoto® amino acids (known for their production by vegetable fermentation), and is enriched with vitamin B6 (Quali®-B) (DSM®), which can help our body to reduce tiredness and fatigue, regulate hormonal activity and maintain the normal functioning of the nervous system.
