CLA+Green Tea, by Vitobest®, is a product made from CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) of plant origin and green tea 50% polyphenols, used since ancient times for its natural properties, mainly those attributed to the loss of body fat.

Studies carried out with overweight people have shown that the daily intake of 3.4 g of CLA produces a decrease in total fat mass without affecting other metabolic parameters, such as erythrocyte count and the amount of lean mass¹. The information obtained regarding the effect of CLA on weight reduction suggests that the fatty acid would affect the metabolic interconversion of fatty acids and would produce an activation of lipolysis². Regarding green tea, some authors suggest that it has an effect on weight loss through an increase in thermogenesis and fat oxidation³. They even claim that polyphenols derived from green tea have antioxidant properties⁴.
