How to use GFS VitobestWhat?

In sports: may be used in any of the following variants, or a combination of both, considering a maximum of two doses per day.

Intra-workout: two hours after the pre-workout dose to maintain the desired pace.
Post-training: once the training is completed to speed up the body's recovery.

In health: may be taken up to a maximum of two times daily, on an empty stomach, one hour before food intake.
