GH Support

GH Support, from Vitobest®, is a product designed to stimulate the production of growth hormone. It's composed of several amino acids, vitamins, and minerals and the synergy of its powerful combined formula, stimulates the formation of growth hormone.^1.4.

What is the growth hormone?

Growth hormone is a neurohormone secreted by our pituitary gland. Its main function is the regeneration, reproduction, and growth. It also contributes to the development of body tissues and increases fat metabolism.

Throughout life, our body undergoes changes in the growth hormone secretion profile, Children and young adults are the ones who release the most growth hormone, especially during sleep hours.

When is the growth hormone released?

At that moment is when the body releases the greatest amount of the hormone, repairing tissues that suffer wear and tear during bodily movements and mental activities.

Active ingredients of GH Support from Vitobest®:

L-Arginine HCl.

L-Arginine is an essential amino acid and is a dipeptide formed by aspartate and arginine. It also stimulates the release of growth hormone (GH) from the pituitary gland.². Studies have shown that people of all ages can show an increase in HGH levels if they supplement with L-Arginine. L-Arginine is also one of the precursors of creatine and is essential for the production of urea, necessary for the elimination of toxic ammonia from the body.³. GH Support, of Vitobest®, it incorporates L-Arginine in the form of hydrochloride salt (HCl), which is the highest quality form and also the most effective.

GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid).

GABA contributes to reducing body fat levels and increasing muscle tissue, stimulating the brain to secrete a larger amount of human growth hormone (HGH). GABA was discovered in 1970 and subsequent studies showed that it was a potent neurotransmitter and a great enhancer of the effectiveness of growth hormone secretions in athletes. Colostrum (Colexan®).

Colostrum is a liquid secreted only by mammals during pregnancy and the first few days after childbirth. Classified as highly nutritious, it contains a high concentration of immunoglobulins and other components of the immune system that protect the newborn from pathogens that can affect it. Among its main components are amino acids, immunoglobulins (especially IgG), and growth factors⁵, vitamins, cytokines, glycoproteins, lactoferrin and transferrin, proline-rich polypeptides (PRP), leukocytes, Lactobacillus acidophilus, enzymes, lysozymes and lymphokines, which makes it the ideal food to help keep the immune system in optimal condition.

L-Tryptophan.

Tryptophan plays an important role in physical recovery and development⁹, this is because for the normal production of growth hormone (GH) it is necessary to achieve proper rest and sleep. Tryptophan promotes rest⁸, as it is also a precursor of melatonin, involved in the sleep-wake cycle, benefiting both the induction and maintenance of sleep, and sleep is a fundamental factor for the normal production of GH.

L-Lysine.

Lysine is an essential amino acid. Studies show that it is more effective when combined with L-Arginine, and that it promotes the release of growth hormone¹³.

L-Ornithine.

When combined with L-Arginine, it plays an important role in the metabolism of excess body fat¹¹. This combination of amino acids stimulates the body's own production of human growth hormone (HGH)¹⁰.

L-Melatonin.

It is a hormone that we naturally secrete from the pineal gland, a structure located in the central part of our brain. Its main role is to regulate day and night cycles¹². Considering that the growth hormone is secreted while we sleep, melatonin may play an important role in its stimulation.
